LESSON 6 (06/04/2021)
In this lesson we created numerous 3D Geometries on AutoCAD:
During this lesson the final delivery was explained:modelling, rendering, animation, programming and fabrication; and we continued to work on the model of Toyo Ito's Uhouse.
The main axes were first identified, that is characteristic lines that defined the geometry of the Uhouse, then through the plan and section drawing the walls were modeled starting from the creation of a polyline in 2D and 3D. Finally, through a subtraction operation, a window opening was created. The window can be completed with the fixtures by inserting the .lsp file supplied by the teacher with the APPLOAD command in the .dwg file.
commands: DIST, OSNAP, VPOINT, VPORTS, PLANE, OFFSET, XLINE, MIRROR, MOVE, ROTATE, UCS, PLINE (possibly also 3DPOLY), EXTRUDE, UNION, GRIDOFF, RECTANG, SUBTRACT.
