–Finishing up the U house, we start by making the interior walls. We used the closed polyline
created by tracing the imported drawings. The drawn polyline is made by offseting the intersections of the house
by 12cm and thus creating a closed line that is then able to be extruded. The height of the walls is made according
to the drawings provided.
–New orders learned are WINDOW 3D and DOOR 3D, the two commands are very similar. They are
both used by selecting a few spots in the opening and creating a window or a door in the semae spot. By creating
three windows and two doors we have finished our work with the U house.
–Starting to do a new project on 3d studio max. Since my computer crashed after a failed attempt to
screen share, This part I was forced to do out of the class video. The assignment was to make a Cheers bar replica.
We downloaded the pictures of a door from Dublin, brick wall and the cheers set bar picture.
–We started by making a cube using the keyboard entry and trough the course of the class we substracted a
hole resembeling a door and added a wall to it. Setting up a camera.
–Notice - Because of the issues with 3D Studio Max, this part was done a bit later using the
videos from the lectures and notes from friends.
